Booking confirmation
To confirm a reservation an advance payment of 30% of the total amount due for the entirety of the stay is required. If the reservation is made for one night during a weekend or public holiday the full amount is required in advance.
If an advance payment can not be made the customer is required to call or email the hostel to confirm the arrival (all the details for this method of confirmation will be sent via email).
The reception has the right to cancel if these conditions are not met.
Booking cancellation
The hostel does not charge the customer any cancellation fees when the booking is cancelled 72 hours prior to the first date of arrival. In the case of the cancellation being made ''on time'' the advance payment is fully refundable by way of payment method (bank transfer or credit card).
The hostel is not responsible for the differences arising from fluctuations in the daily currency exchange rates. The hostel is not responsible for any bank or credit card fees that may have incurred from booking.
If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the first date of arrival the advanced payment is not refundable.
If the booking confirmation has given credit card details the hostel reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night of stay.
This occurs then if the customer resigns of the requested service without prior cancellation or if the customer does not use the requested service within the time limit (no-show).
Request of shortening
Request for the shortening of the stay in our facility must be notified to the receptionist 24 hours prior to the day(s). In this case guests are entitled to reimbursement of the unused day.
Complaints procedure
Guests have the right to submit a written complaint to the hostels reception. The issue will be dealt with within 7 days of submission of the written complaint.
