To confirm a reservation is required for advance payment of 30% of the amount due for the entire stay. If reservation is made for one night during weekend days is required of advance payment of entire amount due. When advance payment is not possible,to confirm your reservation is required to confirm it by phone or e-mail – in accordance with the information indicated from reception desk.
The reception has the right to cancellation, if not met those conditions.
Hostel does not charge any fees from the Customer when the booking cancellation occurs within 72 hours before the first date of stay. In case of cancellation on time after prior deduction of fees the hostel returns cost to the customer’s bank account (bank transfer) or to the indicated credit card used to book all services. Hostel is not responsible for the differences arising from fluctuations in the daily currency exchange rates.
When cancellation occurs within less than 72 hours an advance payment that is already paid is not refundable.
If the booking confirmation has given credit card details the hostel reserves the right to charge the cost of the first unused night of stay. This occurs then if the customer resigns of the requested service without prior cancellation or if the customer does not use the requested service within the time limit (no-show).
Request for shorten the stay in our facility must be notified 24 hours to receptionist before the start of the next day of stay. Guests that case, entitled to reimbursement of fees for the unused day.
Guests have the right to submit a written complaint in the hostel’s reception. The complaint will be dealt with within 7 days from the date of the complaint.
Confirmation letter for the embassy
Booking confirmation letter for the Embassy will be prepared and sent only after the total cost of visa applicant’s stay at Secret Garden Hostel has been paid. In the event of making changes to such a reservation or booking cancellation the amout of money paid to Secret Garden Hostel for accommodation will not be returned. The waiting time for a letter is 48 hours.
